Two years ago my dad, Tony died after a long struggle with Parkinsons - I miss Dad! 

I can’t do anything about that, but I can do my bit to hopefully stop other son’s, daughters, wives, sons and daughters in law, sisters, brothers and grandchildren go through the pain of seeing someone they love taken away by this disease.

So I’m running this year’s Great North Run as a fundraiser for Parkinson’s UK, I hope you’ll support me and them.
