Sue Ryder is here to make sure everyone approaching the end of their life or living with grief can get the support they need. There is no one size fits all when it comes to how we cope and the help we need, but with our support, no one has to face dying or grief alone. We are there when it matters.

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I'm cycling 100 miles on 10th August this summer to raise money for Sue Ryder Nettlebed. Both my parents have died of cancer so I wanted to support a charity that is local to Henley and takes care of cancer sufferers. The Ride London-Surrey route follows the Olympic 2012 route and includes the infamous Box Hill. The route finishes along the Mall. 100 miles in a day will be no mean feat for me and I've already started my training in the Chilterns...lots of hills.
