Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
At the end of this month, it will be my anniversary of my first ever jog/run. (2 miles in twenty minutes)
A year on, 6 Half Marathons and another one next week later, my 2017 year goal is to run the London Marathon and raise money for Carers Trust.
Carers Trust work brilliantly with the young and old carers and help give them the normal life they need.
Please help, donate and support the Carers Trust.
Carers Trust, help, improve support, services and recognition for anyone living with the challenges of caring, unpaid, for a family member or friend who is ill, frail, disabled or has mental health or addiction problems.
Seven million reasons
Reason no 9: A 15-year-old school girl
caring for her mother who has mental
health issues and helping to look after her
younger sister, before and after school. She
is a carer, without the usual opportunities
available to her classmates.
Reason no 548: A 40-year-old man caring
for his partner who has cancer, who will have
to give up work to support her as her health
deteriorates. He is a carer too.
Reason no 1,002: An 80-year-old woman,
caring full time for her husband of 60 years
who has dementia and doesn’t even know
her anymore. She is a carer as well.
