During this lock down I am aiming to run the equivalent of the Tour de Mont Blanc, with my trusty running partner, Alexi , my dog,.

We will run the 110 miles and 5000 metres of ascent of the tour, not over mountain passes and glaciers  but around the fields and woods where I live.

I am aiming to average just under 4 miles and 180 metres of ascent a day and to finish before half term.  

I am raising money for the Coronavirus virus Disaster Emergency Committee this committee includes most of the major UK charities working together to help those suffering from this terrible disease in the poorest parts of the world.

Millions of lives are at stake as Covid-19 hits refugee camps and war-torn countries like Yemen, Syria and South Sudan. I'm fundraising for the DEC to allow them to help families who have lost everything as they face a deadly new threat.
