Growing up is and should be a positive time for many. However, there are hundreds of thousands of young people across England and Wales for whom the experience is very different. The challenges our young people face nowadays can be both persistent and damaging. 

Young persons mental health is a specific area supported by YMCA. An area that I feel really needs to be better understood and given priority. With your help we can change the course of a young persons life and help get them back on track to fulfil the life they deserve.
