As a Nurse on the Inpatients Unit at Saint Francis Hospice, I first handedly witness the amazing influence the hospice has on patients and their families who have been diagnosed with life limiting illnesses. 

We are a charity providing free healthcare and support so that people with terminal illnesses can live to the fullest, and with dignity, until the very end. We need to raise £7.8million a year to fund this.
