My Boxing nickname is Primo and I box out of the Broad Street Boxing Club, Stratford Upon Avon. I am taking part in the 2nd Herdman White Collar Boxing Championships.

This will be my FIRST amateur match. All support welcome. It is at Meon Vale Leisure Centre, Stratford-upon-Avon on Saturday 3rd September 2022.

353 is not a number. Private Conrad Lewis, who came from the Stratford area, was the 353rd British soldier to be killed in Afghanistan.  to raise money and awareness for The 353 Trust.

MANUP?

MANUP? is a mental health charity that raises awareness among men. There are times when we laugh, other times, we get serious. We sometimes discuss awkward topics. Occasionally, we will make a mistake. MANUP? was founded by a man who wished to change mental health for the better. Men talking to men about mental health.

I have worked in Occupational Health for Men since 2010. I also helped to raise awareness of men's health in conjunction with Constructing Better Health - many construction workers have not seen a doctor for ten years. I have experienced personal set backs in life and found no support, but only the mantra of 'just get on with it'.
