Punjabi food is heavily plant-based,wholesome, hearty and highly nutritious. It is wonderful for vegetarians, vegans, and those who follow a gluten-free or dairy-free diet. Our cookery course has been filmed in these versions, as well as the traditional version and a healthy weight-loss version. When you have made your minimum donation and purchase, go to your Facebook page and tag us in it telling us which version you would like to win.
