Story

My name is Mick Welch my family and I recently lost my sister, and it has inspired me to do something in her memory and to support the organisation who looked after her.

I am planning to re-build and customise a motorbike in what were my sisters favourite colours and likes in life.  We are talking Pink and Purple vibrant colours, and roses and music were here interests!!

I will then be riding it around the coastline of the UK and invite as many bikers to join me along my journey as possible.  I will personally be dropping off some roses, one for each member of the family, along my adventure.  This is quite a ride of around 5000 miles, and due to this I am hoping I can raise at least £10,000, any donations will go straight to St Catherines Hospice, the cost of the build and the ride will come down to me and my partner.

The ride is planned to take place in July 2017, we have a Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/ThePurpleRoseCoastalBikeRide2017.  This is being managed by Lynne's daughter Mandy and Micks partner Vicki, which we have created to follow our progress on the build and updates as details become finalised.

Therefore any support and suggestions that people can provide will be very much appreciated!  And we thank everyone for any donations and kindness.
