My sister Emma recently ran the London marathon which I find totally amazing! I watched the event on tv and was inspired by the sheer amount of people and especially those running for a cause. The #headstogether campaign stood out for me and hearing the stories or the runners it brought tears to my eyes; as well as reminding me of those close to my heart who have also been effected by mental health issues.  When Emma returned she gave my daughter a bit of VLM memorabilia! It was only a #headstogether headband! I was so excited Sophia said I could borrow it for my walk! With this I figured maybe just maybe if only a few can spare just £1 I too could raise a little amount to donate to a charity with such significance. So here we are; with only 36 hours to go let's see if we can put a little money in the pot for Mind...oh and send lots of strength my way please tee hee.
