On Saturday 4th September I shall be putting on my walking shoes and attempting to complete the South Coast Challenge.  A 55km/35mile coastal walk from Eastbourne to Hove (that's roughly the distance from Next Head Office in Enderby to Warwick Castle!).  The training for this, my first ever Ultra Challenge, is underway; a massive undertaking for someone who has only recently completed Couch to 5k and is prone to a bad leg after any vigorous exercise!  

I've decided to raise funds for Alzheimer's UK.  Having lost loved ones to dementia, and witnessing the devastating affect of the illness first-hand, it's a charity that's close to my heart.  I'd love you to help me support this charity and bring us closer to finding a cure for dementia.  Anything you can donate, however small, would be amazing.
