This is my second time I have done this 5day ride and am pleased to say on this occasion I am with most of my family doing the ride together. The Paris to Hayling annual event, now in its historic 25th year, has established a substantial track record, both in the world of cycling and that of charitable fund-raising. It combines the challenges of cycling 385 miles over five days and I am very happy to be raising funds that will go to 'Shine Together'.

This charity is the working title for North Bristol NHS Trust Charitable Funds and I have asked for my donations to be passed on to BRAMS who support Multiple Sclerosis causes.
