Again, my sister Elaine and nieces Charlotte and Emily are asking friends, family and colleagues to dig deep and help us raise cash for Cancer Research UK. 

At the time of writing this, Dad remains very seriously ill...he is hanging on in there; so we will be running for him; in memory of Jon's Dad Roger; for our Auntie Brenda and Rob's Dad Terry for keeping on, keeping on; and for everyone -patients and their loved ones affected by cancer.

UPDATE: In the early hours of Monday 29th March 2010 our lovely, brave Dad died peacefully at home.  Mom, Elaine and I feel priviledged to have been with him.  He is no longer in pain.  He was a great Dad - Lynne, Elaine and I have been very fortunate; and a wonderful Grandad - who is missed every single day.  When we run in June we will 'run like a big dog is chasing after us' in memory of Dad.  We miss him so much. x
