Hi Everyone!

This year I am literally going that extra mile and doing 3 race for life events! I did 5k in Bridgend in May and I'm doing 10k in Cardiff and Bristol over the next two weekends! Crazy?! Maybe..but after the loss of Auntie Helee last year Ian and I want to do whatever we can for Cancer Research. Ian's not quite feminine enough to run but he will be cheering me on all the way!

Losing someone close to you can be the hardest thing in the world but it also brings you together and all the family had a great day at Bridgend 5K this year!
