Our First Updates!

Our first donation from my lovely husband Punil - Thank you. x

And in response to our suggestion that all the girls in the family do this in memory of my darling Daddy, my niece Marie and her lovely daughter Isabel have joined the group! Well done girls! Fundraising thinking hats on! And Isabel to design our costumes!!!!! At the moment - we are now 4!

I have it on good authority that my sister Tricia and sister in law Denise will be joining us. If you're having problems signing up girls let me know and I'll do it for you. And another update - my sister in law Denise, Denise's granddaughter Tyler and Denise's daughter in law Emma have joined our group! Now we are 7! Daddy would be proud - probably make some little joke - but proud! 

Just heard from my sister Tricia - we have a full house! Tricia and her daughter Chloe will be joining us. Let the fundraising begin!

We've achieved 25% of target...just 75% to go! Come on girls!

The day is drawing ever closer! Too late to start training? Probably! But not to late to FUNDRAISE! We have 2 more donations from Emma Maynard and Becky Smith. Thank you!

WOWEEEEE! Overnight we have gone from 49% to 77% of target ~ That's an Amazing £770!!!!

We've Done It!

We've reached our £1,000 target! £1,000 going to Cancer Research!

Since Friday we have had donations from Tricia's Husband Phil Gorman, Chloe's friends Rob Goldstone and Matthew Chapman, Denise's niece Jo Jo Smith, Marie's friend Angela Cox,  Emma's sister Victoria Abbott, my friend Imelda Cox and me.

To everyone who has donated ~ thank you for your kindness and generosity and support! 

Now we have to our bit ladies...Run Ladies Run...or walk, jog, skip, crawl...JUST DO IT!

Well...the race is run!

Sophia and Chloe did it in 38 minutes. Tricia and I were next in a very respectable 44 minutes. We were followed by Tyler and then Denise, Marie, Emma and Isabel.

We all made it and we've got our medals! But what is even better is the money, thanks to your generosity, that we have raised for Cancer Research.

In addition to Marie and Isabel raising £45 offline, 2 more of their friends have sponsored her and whilst Sophia and I were jogging through Rochester 2 more of our friends were online giving their support.

And Sophia's lovely boyfriend is also donating £50.

So the Total now is £1155!  

Not Bad! ;)
