As most of you know by now, "Ladies for Loved Ones" is a big number of girls from our immediate family and extremely close friends who put on their matching pink t-shirts and take part in Race for Life every summer in honour of several people whom we've loved and lost to cancer as well as those who are putting up a really strong fight.

I know we ask most years - but if you can spare even a couple of quid, this is a VERY worthwhile chairty as we're all touched by Cancer at somepoint in our lives.

Its a really moving event and just reading the back of everyones T-shirts on our way round which shows who everyone is running in memory of is enough to get you round the 5K track.

We've attached a photo of last years event for your amusement and as always, we'll send round 2011's version atfer the big day to thank you all for your contributions.
