On July 30th I'm going to run for an extended period of time in aid of Cancer Research. 

In no way do I want any of you showing support by coming down to Clapham common to watch me pink faced, gasping for air and sweating profusely, instead I would like you to support not me, but Cancer Research by donating at least £1 to the cause.
