Hi Everyone

Some of you may remember our friend and colleague Mei Ling Voon.  Very sadly Mei died from a brain tumour at the end of last year. She was only 35yo and leaves her husband Cam, mother Jane and sister Ei Leen. As we were unable to pay our respects at her funeral in New Zealand we wanted to find an appropriate way to honour her memory as well as raise money for cancer research. We thought a run would be a fitting tribute to the girl who did the 3 peaks and it would have the added benefit of getting us fit too.

So I have been on a big recruitment drive persuading colleagues who haven't run for years and friends and relatives to join us in a 5 & 10k run in Clapham on 30th July.  Any ladies who want to join us are most welcome.  Please support our cause to raise money for cancer research so one day we won't be losing special people to this disease.
