Alright you lot - it's that time again - I want your cold hard cash for this fantastic cause!

I told you all last year that I was aiming to lose 3 stone by race day, I did that and then lost another 2 by Christmas.  So this year it's all about raising money for Cancer research and saving lives.

And those of you who are taxpayers don't forget to tick that gift aid box to get some extra cash from the evil tax man (or woman!) ;o)

And Thanks again to you all for your support - you never know, if I raise enough money it might be incentive enough for me to try and give up smoking.......
