As many of you will now know, my mum's partner Colin died on Feb 23rd after a battle with cancer. His rapid deterioration and subsequent death was a great shock to us all and we will miss him immeasurably.

I've decided to do this Race for Life on June 7th for him in order to raise money for cancer research, It is such a cruel disease and I'd like to feel that by doing this, I can help make a difference to the lives of other cancer sufferers.
