I've had a mad moment again but this time I've rigged in my two favourite conspirators, Noreen and Jo - in a moment of utter stupidity the three of us have signed up and agreed to run 5k each for Cancer Research - a great charity.

We are therefore asking you all to sponsor us to run or gallop around Cheltenham race course on Sunday 6th July 2008. (hopefully it wont be a heatwave this time!)
