This handsome man is my Dad, Chas.

We lost Dad on 4th December last year and it was the single most earth shattering moment of my life.  Each day since has hurt as much as the day before and I want to be part of finding a way to make Dad's life count - he already managed to beat me to it by donating himself to medical science, what a guy.

I know that he was extremely proud of me and my brother, James, and would be so pleased that I was doing the Race for Life to help more people beat cancer.
