Hi everyone

I'm pleased to say that we managed to get out of bed this morning and made it down to Southend in plenty of time.  The weather was lovely and amazingly we all survived! 

Cath raced round in 26 minutes, Natalie was a close second with 31 minutes and I made it round in 36 minutes and we're all really pleased with our times (it took me an hour last year).
