Having done no exercise in the last 3 years (other than having and running around after Freddie and Bertie!), I've decided it is time to dust of my running shoes and get back out there.  Three training run/walks in and my legs ache!  

In order to make sure I don't give up and veg on the sofa - oh AND to raise money for a good cause at the same time, I'm going to do the Race for Life in Richmond at the end of June.

It is only(!) 5k, so if you could sponsor me £1 a kilometre, I promise I'll finish!!!
