Each year Friends of the Cancer Centre funds life saving and life changing projects which make a real and positive difference to thousands of cancer patients and their families. The charity relies on donations from the public to be able to support these patients locally and across Northern Ireland.

Your money in action..

  • FCC are committed to ensuring that patients can avail of the best treatment and care available by funding vital medical staff and equipment.

Patient comfort

  • The little things make a big difference and FCC strive to make a really difficult time for patients and families a little easier.


Research

  • Research is vital in the fight against cancer and Friends of the Cancer Centre is the leading local cancer charity funding research right here in Northern Ireland.
  • £10 could provide tea and coffee for 43 people attending the hospital for treatment

  • £5 per month could pay for 2 hours of a Friends of the Cancer Centre Clinical Nurse Specialist
  • £10 per month could help support a cancer patient financially through Friends of the Cancer Centre’s Grant Programme
  • £25 per month could support local research, to give patients in Northern Ireland the latest developments in cancer treatment.
