On 2nd October I will be joining the Cancer Research Wales #TeamCRW to take part in the Cardiff Half Marathon to help raise vital funds towards this cruel disease and in memory of dad ❤️❤️

As many of you know on Christmas Eve (2021) dad (Rhys Lewis) lost his battle with cancer. A loving  husband of Karen, wonderful father to me (Rachel) and my brother Gareth and a much loved and devoted Tadcu of Noah ,Eleanor ,Sarah and Erin 💖💖

Dad (Rhys) benefited from some advancement in cancer treatment which gave him some extra precious time with us and the rest of the family. It is so important that funding is made available to continue the important work and research that hopefully will eradicate this cruel disease eventually .

If I can give something back to this wonderful charity  and raise awareness it would mean a lot 

Wish me all luck… as I will definitely will need it

Its Race weekend
