Rachel & Sarah are going Sober for October to raise money for Tic+ (Teens in Crisis). We are dedicated & hope to raise some much needed funds for this amazing charity.

Tic+ support children and young people aged 9-21 and their families in Gloucestershire & the borders with issues such as depression, anxiety, bereavement, bullying, anger, relationship problems, low self-esteem, self-harm & eating disorders. High risk cases have tripled in the past year.

How your donation can really help Tic+:

• £7 donation means that Tic+ can answer the call to a young person this week.
• £35 will help towards training more counsellors to support more young people.
• £61 donation pays for a counselling session for a young person.
