Barney is an absolute star! As everyone's child is!  He has brought joy and enrichment to our lives, and many challenges, as all children do! However, Ups and Downs SW have been amazing. They are a great charity which has really supported us.  I would really like to give something back and plan to do at least a '1hr Active April Event' each day for the whole of April.  This may be 1hr at the gym, climbing, early morning walk, run or cycle to work, riding etc. PLEASE sponsor me!
