I have lost several family members to cancer and most recently, after a short and unexpected battle with cancer Jennifer a much loved Family member passed away.

I am not a keen runner especially not of long distance however I am running Edinburgh marathon to raise as much money as possible for Macmillan in the hope that others will fare better, should they have the misfortune to encounter a similar battle.

I am running Edinburgh Marathon to celebrate those who have fought cancer and won and sadly remember those have lost the battle.
