In memory of my beloved uncle Raif who passed away from terminal cancer August 2012.

He was an inspiration, father and friend to me always. He showed strength throughout always giving thanks.

It was his wish to pass on at home where he was comfortable.

Macmillan offered respite if needed as well as medication and equipment.
