I will be running 10k for Action Against Hunger(http://www.actionagainsthunger.org/) a charity that works to alleviate hunger and malnutrition throughout the world. This will take place in Regent's park at 3:30pm on September 7th.

Why am I doing this?

Because; I need a reason to get fitter, I haven't run 10k in years, I am not hardcore enough to run a marathon, I do not like that there are hungry people, I'd like to help, I get a day off work....
