In addition, in order to raise awareness of the End PJ Paralysis campaign, I will be running the marathaon in a nightdress!! The campaign is aimed at getting patients up, dressed and moving when in hospital. Maintaining a safe level of activity in hospital can reduce the risk of deconditioning
