My friend Heather and I will be taking part in the Northern Warrior Dash in June to raise funds for the Cave and Mountain Rescue team. We have been caving for many years, Heather and her husband are members of the Cave Rescue Organisation in Settle. We are intending to do the dash in fancy-dress, hoping to bring laughter and fun to the event.

The Cave and Mountain Rescue save many lives every year aswell as saving many animals on the hills and underground. Please give even if its only some small change to help them continue thier amazing work!
