Hi guys, so I’ve signed up to do a Nuts challenge with some of the lovely regulars who come to my circuits class! Yes I think I’m nuts for agreeing to this because mud is not my friend! 🤦🏻‍♀️. I’m doing it in honour of my Grandad Malcolm in hopes I can raise some funds for Motor Neurone Disease. I know times are hard but any donations would be greatly appreciated!

It’s been 4 years since we lost my Grandad to MND and still there’s no cure and not enough research being done to find one. More and more people are being diagnosed and it’s a life sentence! To watch a loved one suffer the way they do knowing there’s no cure is just heartbreaking and something you wouldn’t wish on anyone. Any money raised will go directly to the MND association and will help support people living with MND and fund vital research.
