Thanks for visiting our Just Giving page! William and I are endeavouring to climb Kilimanjaro in September, something that will be an immense mental and physical challenge for us both! We are aiming to raise money for Alzheimer’s Research UK, as it is a condition that has recently become close to our hearts. There are only a few, pretty ineffective, treatments available at present and the condition has huge impacts on the individual affected and surrounding loved ones. It is an area of medicine that deserves more funding to research breakthroughs in both prevention and developing more effective treatment options for those diagnosed in the future. We are funding the trek ourselves so all donations go directly to the charity Alzheimer’s Research UK. Thanks for giving! Rebecca and Will xx
