I've been wanting to push myself to do a Marathon for a while now (well half..) and thought this was the perfect opportunity.

I'll be running in the London Landmarks Half Marathon 2023 and have chosen to fundraise towards Alzhiemers Research UK.

I have seen the effect of Alzhiemers and dementia-related illnesses alot lately. It seems even theatre and film are trying to raise awareness and understanding. It is a very sad and scary disease for everyone effected. My Mum works in Alzhiemers research and with Alzhiemers patients and I would love to feel as if I am doing my part as well
