I was diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder in 2006.

Mi ges i gymorth amhrisiadwy gan Aberystwyth Mind i ddod a fi i gyflwr gwell.

I received valuable support from Aberystwyth Mind to get me back on my feet again.

Annwyl Gyfeillion/Dear Friends

Mi fyddai yn cerdded o Brestatyn i Casgwent ar hyd Clawdd Offa yn dechrau ar y 6ed o Mehefin. i godi arian i Mind. I will be walking from Prestatyn to Chepstow along Offa's Dyke starting on the 6th June. To raise money for Mind.

Mae gen i ffrindiau sydd wedi dioddef ac sydd dal yn dioddef. I have friends who have suffered and are suffering still.

Dwi'n siŵr dych chi'n adnabod rhywun sydd angen gymorth. I'm sure you know somebody who could benefit from help from Mind.
