This Easter I will be joining the HCPT on my first pilgrimage. This catholic charity offers to disabled and disadvantaged children and young people a life changing pilgrimage holiday in Lourdes, in the south of France. The aim is to give these children a safe, fun, enjoyable and meaningful holiday. Our trip is an action packed week filled with fun and laughter - and can also provide a well earned week of respite for carers back home! The trip will include outings to local attractions, trips to the mountains and of course to the Lourdes Grotto.  

The children are assisted by volunteers and this is where I come in !

I have never been before so I am really excited to meet the children and seeing them enjoy themselves . I have been prepared really well in meeting the children and other helpers so we all know each other. I have to pay my fare which is where your support and generosity will be appreciated in equal measure. During Lent I can offer doing gardening, shopping, baby sitting ( DBS checked) or any other odd jobs you may have. Please visit my just giving page to find out more.
