The Salvation Army' Covid 19 Community support
Campaign by The Salvation Army (RCN 214779 and in Scotland SC009359)
Supporting those who are struggling during the Coronavirus pandemic.

Story

Regent Hall Salvation Army Church is partnering with The Salvation Army's Westminster Homelessness Services (WHS) to provide supplies to people who are :

  • in short term accommodation on a path out of homelessness
  • in-patients experiencing homelessness occupying WHS beds in partnership with the NHS - and who are vulnerable, on discharge, to experiencing homelessness again

We are also supporting our most local Westminster Food Bank  to whom our Westminster Homelessness Services refers residents and clients on a regular basis.

Looking ahead, we are setting up a Welcome & Advice Hub and will keep serving people who need  'kind space' with professional information, advice and guidance in a post-coronavirus world long after this pandemic itself is over.

The outbreak of the Coronavirus has quite literally changed everyone's lives and turned society upside down. So we would be extremely grateful for any contributions you can make. Thank you.
