Richmond RUNFEST Half Marathon 2021 · 12 September 2021 ·
Those who know me will know I'm a keen runner, so I was super excited to hear about running the Richmond Half Marathon to raise money for Riding for the Disabled (RDA).
RDA is a charity that provides therapeutic horse-riding activities, for adults and children with physical or mental disabilities and learning difficulties. With my mum teaching and caring for children with special needs, this cause is very close to my heart.
Any donations, however big or small, will contribute to life-changing activities and positively impact the wellbeing of disabled children and adults across the UK.
This is my first time fundraising, but I'm ready for the challenge, and I hope you can support me in raising £500 for RDA.
Thank you,
Reka x
About RDA: RDA’s work is delivered by 18,000 volunteers through 500 local groups across the UK. No other UK charity delivers the work we do; our activities (from riding and carriage driving, volunteer training, holidays and educational activities) all have the same goal - focusing on what each beneficiary ‘can do’ to achieve physical and mental wellbeing; with the end goal of enriching lives and changing futures. We need your support to continue the vital work we do and benefit the RDA community. Please do give and donate what you feel you can.
