Team Bruce Shaw are embarking on another 5k mission – this one is bit different to the last time – rather than pounding the streets of our capital, we shall be flinging ourselves across a big field in the countryside getting covered in mud (and no doubt all other manner of nasty stuff).

Most of the team have a moderately average level of fitness so it should be totally painful for those of us participating who have hardly managed to do any training.  However – it’s likely to be highly entertaining for anyone watching as we zig zag around the countryside falling into muddy puddles trying our very best to stop our lungs falling out of our noses…..
