Story

Hello :)

My name is Riccardo and I work at HVPD, every year we chose a charity to support as a company. This year we are supporting The Brain Tumour Charity

In previous years, I’ve been helping but in a passive way, mainly through donations. This year I wanted to do something better and be active to raise funds and awareness for The Brain Tumour Charity
On the 5th 6th and 7th May I will be running (or do all I can to, I may fall apart in the process) the Hardmoors 200 a 200 mile running race with a 60-hour time limit. So please dig deep into your pockets and donate to help The Brain Tumour Charity beat this evil beast that is the brain tumour.

I would love to see you around to help to raise awareness, feel free to pop along the route and run a few miles with me and the HVPD charity TEAM. On race day there will be a live tracker so it shouldn’t be difficult to find us ;)

THANK YOU !!

The Brain Tumour
Charity

The Brain Tumour Charity is at the forefront of the fight to defeat brain tumours, making a difference every day to the lives of people with a brain tumour and their families. We fund pioneering research to increase survival, raise awareness of the symptoms and effects of brain tumours and provide support for everyone affected to improve quality of life. We are committed to having the biggest possible impact for every person affected by a brain tumour, and to defending the most amazing part of the human body.

Hardmoors 200

The Hardmoors 200  Ultramarathon will start in Kingston upon Hull and head alongside the River Humber following the Transpennine Trail to reach the start of the beautiful Wolds Way National Trail close to the Humber Bridge at Hessle. The Hardmoors 200 will then follow the Yorkshire Wolds Way for 79 miles along wooded slopes, over hills and through valleys, eventually descending from the northern escarpment to the final section of the Way finishing on the dramatic headland of Filey Brigg and the start of the stunning Cleveland Way National Trail for the last 112 miles along the Hardmoors 110 route.
