Taking Part in 2013 Cardiff Half Marathon.

I am shortly travelling to India with St John Wales.o

 

 

 

I am shortII will be travelling with 11 other volunteer members to take part in an on-going project in Dharamsala, Northern India where St John Cymru Wales have built relationships with the Tibetan Children’s Villages and other local groups and have continued to provide vital First Aid training to hundreds within the community. This year I with other group members will continue in providing vital First Aid training to Staff and orphans based in the Tibetan Children Villages. 

I like other members will be fundraising to cover the cost of the trip. If we achieve more than this sum of money it will be used to provide essential schooling equipment, such as pens, pencils exercise books ect, for the children. These are products which are everyday items for us but in very short supply in the area that we are going to visit.

 

On Sunday 6 October 2013, I will be taking part in this year’s Cardiff Half Marathon to raise funds for the trip. If you are able to assist me in any way, you can be assured that it will be greatly appreciated. I will be able to update anyone who has contributed and is interested in sponsoring me.
