In August 2016 I was diagnosed with heart failure after being ill for some time.  Pumping Marvellous has been a great source of support through my journey with heart failure and does a huge amount of work to raise awareness of heart failure.

5K doesn't seem like a huge amount for a lot of people but I've never been an active person (which won't have helped with my health).  This is just the beginning of my plans on being the fittest I have ever been.
