We support 2 great causes to help injured RL players and beat cancer!

Story

In September 2006 Steve Prescott was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer and told that he would not see his two sons grow up. The following year The Steve Prescott Foundation was formed aiming to raise funds for both The Christie Cancer Hospital in Manchester and Try Assist. Steve lost his battle in 2013.

As a fellow father of two young boys and a member of the Rugby League family I am running my second marathon to raise funds and awareness for these very worthwhile causes. Please donate whatever you can and thank you.

About the charity

The Steve Prescott Foundation was set up by a totally inspirational man Steve Prescott MBE. In 2006 he was diagnosed with Pseudomyxoma Peritonei a terminal cancer & sought out to raise funds for The Christie Hospital and the Rugby League Benevolent Fund. The SPF changes the lives of so many people.
