Prudential RideLondon-Surrey 100 2016 · 31 July 2016 ·

Promise Dreams is a national charity that aims to make dreams come true for seriously ill & terminally ill children and their families. It could be specialist equipment to improve a child's quality of life or a last wish to create magical memories for parents and siblings.

Story

On Sunday 31 July 2016 Tipton & Coseley Building Society's CEO, Richard Newton, will be taking part in the Prudential RideLondon-Surrey 100.

Rich is raising funds for Promise Dreams, the Society's chosen staff charity. Promise Dreams aims to make a real difference to children who are sick or terminally ill, every child has a dream and they work tirelessly to make it come true.

More than 25,000 amateur cyclists will take on this cycling challenge through London and Surrey on a similar route to that of the London 2012 Olympic Road Cycling Races. The ride will start in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, then travel through the capital and onto Surrey's stunning country roads and through the Surrey Hills, with leg-testing climbs including Box Hill, before a spectacular finish on The Mall in central London.
