Story

I've long thought the soles of my feet superfluous to requirements. That's why I've decided to donate them in aid of a wonderful Northampton-based charity, the Motor Neurone Disease Association.

If you've heard of MND but don't know what it is....think Stephen Hawking (the charity's patron). And then know that is i a devastating condition, strikes indiscriminately, is a killer and has no known cure.

Worth supporting I think. So that's why I will walk barefoot over hot coals at a temperature of 1400 degrees fahrenheit (900 Celsius in metric money) at Northamptonshire's County Cricket Ground on 14th November. Two county cricketers (Lee Daggett and Ryan Cummins) will risk their professional careers doing so with me as well, so I reckon I can be brave too.

Please give super generously. Thanks. Richard.
