I have never been a runner, but I am sure you all know I like a challenge and it is great to be able to support Zen's charity of the year - Springhill  Hospice. I have got my Bupa "Half Marathon for Beginners" training programme stuck to my fridge (Thanks to Dom) and I am roughly working my way through it. On Sunday 2nd October I will be taking part in the Cologne Half Marathon.
