This is the third year I am riding with the Heavy Metal Truants on their annual cycle to raise money for Teenage Cancer Trust, Childline and Nordoff Robbins. These incredible and amazing charities make the lives of children in awful physical and mental situations better by being there when they need them.

It's a gruelling two and a half day, 164 mile cycle from Alexandra Palace  to Donnington. I set off on the 9th June so please dig out your purses and wallets, raid your piggy banks and help me help these incredible charities. I'd love it if you could support me in any way you can - no matter how small - although the bigger the better!
