Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

In April, RightShip's Mick Darcey, Laura Allen & Yannis Papanastasio took on fog, rain and mud to conquer Mount Fansipan in Vietnam, to successfully complete the Sailors' Society Asian Challenge.

Mt Fansipan, at a height of 3,143 metres is the highest mountain in Indochina and the last major peak on the eastern end of the Himalayan range. The grueling 15km climb was the ultimate test of the physical and emotional strength of these determined volunteers, who were rewarded with a warm shower and the knowledge that their hard working is contributing to a worthy cause.

The Sailor's Society ministers to the welfare of sailors all around the world, providing both practical and emotional support. Each year RightShip commits a percentage of their profits to the Wellness at Sea programme run by the Sailor's Society. In addition to this they have agreed to match all funding dollar-for-dollar, so please give generously so RightShip can too!
